Description
As a Property Customer Service Advisor, you will be working within the department that helps clients with their home move.
You will be supporting law firms and the end client, assisting with the process, helping with any queries, and providing support and guidance to ensure a seamless experience.
The role will involve supporting legal firms with the technology and procedures involved and assisting with applications to ensure they meet all criteria.
You will also handle a high volume of queries over email and process documents quickly and efficiently.
Profile
1. Customer service experience required; this could be from a range of backgrounds such as retail and hospitality.
2. Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
3. Professional and personable, able to build excellent relationships.
4. The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
5. Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
Job Offer
