Job Role:
1. Provide dedicated support to students with challenging behaviours on a 1-2-1 basis.
2. Collaborate as a Behaviour Mentor/Classroom Assistant.
3. Serve as a positive role model, inspiring students on their educational journey.
4. Deliver personalized intervention sessions focused on communication and behaviours.
5. Assist students in rediscovering their enthusiasm for learning.
