My Telford based Client is currently recruiting for a Logistics Administrator for a 12 month fixed term contract.
Salary - dependent on experience
Hours - 37 hrs per week

Responsibilities:
1. Manage all pre-call / booking in requirements for outbound loads.
2. Manage all proof of delivery (POD) tracking, including chasing of outstanding POD and uploading to the SAP system.
3. Manage all enquiries through to completion and satisfaction whether received by phone call, e-mail or in person.
4. Ensure any alteration to the shipping plan is effectively communicated back to the internal contacts within the business.
5. Ensure all transport and despatch data is recorded accurately and on time.
6. Assist with the management of despatch paperwork for outbound loads, completing transactions on SAP where required.
7. Deal with any other general office duties that may arise.
Skills & Experience:
1. Previous experience of administration ideally within a Warehouse/Logistics environment.
2. PC Literate.
3. Excellent communication skills.
