Summary of the role/position
We are seeking a CRM System Administrator to join an expanding team working with various areas of the university. You will be responsible for providing day-to-day support across the CRM ecosystem, supporting colleagues to enhance all areas of CRM by producing and analysing data and implementing system improvements.
This role will involve working with all areas of the University and third parties to identify requirements and opportunities and lead in the configuration, testing, documentation and maintenance of CRM products and other BTS products whilst following change control processes.
