Key Responsibilities You will work collaboratively with all members of the Culture Tribe to help deliver our initiatives. You will have the opportunity to learn from other team members and gain the skills you need to scope and deliver successful and innovative people initiatives. The scope of the Culture Champion role is broad. Your work in a typical day could include: Reviewing and providing suggestions on potential improvements to our current processes, such as feedback, onboarding and recruitment. This may involve collecting information from colleagues (through surveys and focus groups), comparing our current performance against our goals, suggesting areas for further improvement, implementing, testing and analyzing outcomes. Running culture focus groups and surveys. These need to be carefully structured to give us a richer understanding of our culture and how it is evolving by conducting statistical analysis Supporting recruitment processes (i.e following up with candidates, psychometric testing, interviewing and onboarding new joiners.) Using an evidence-based approach to test for aptitude, personality and behavioural attributes that help employees to thrive in our collaborative culture, and identifying how these could be incorporated into our recruitment process Providing Swigger support. You will be a central point of contact for people-related questions and signposting Swiggers to suitable resources.
