Job Description
Contribute to the effective provision, delivery, and management of the monitoring and implementation of the statutory regulations and legislation related to flood matters, flood inspections, assessments, maintenance projects, and flood mitigation measures in order to assist with the promotion, delivery, and integration of the Council's key objectives; specifically in relation to the Community Plan, Shared Commitments, Single Outcome Agreement, and Best Value.
Requirements

The Individual
This is a temporary full-time post. The admin base for this post is The Opera House, 8 John Finnie Street, Kilmarnock. The hours of work will be 35 hours per week to be worked Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm & Friday 9am - 4pm.
The full-time salary of this post is between £47,848 - £52,325 per annum.
This is a temporary post up until 31st December 2025.

The workstyle for this post is 'Flexible' - 50-79% of time is office-based. Able to work at different/multiple work locations. Occasionally works at home, or another location 1-2 days per week, or directly home to external appointments.
