The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Care division by providing comprehensive administrative support & assisting timely Care Supervisions in the field. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage various tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Duties Perform clerical duties including filing, auditing, and managing care records. Carry out Spot checks & Supervisions on care staff. On Call phone on a rotation basis Maintain and organise office records and documentation to ensure easy retrieval & compliance in line with CQC Regulations. Utilise computerised systems to manage schedules, appointments, and meetings effectively. Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Collaborate with team members to facilitate communication and enhance workflow. Skills FULL UK Driving Licence Proficient in computerised office applications Strong clerical skills with an emphasis accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
