Job summary
Linden Medical Centre is a highly rated busy training practice just on the outskirts of Maidenhead town centre and we are looking for a Practice Nurse to join our team to provide excellent care to our patients. Ideally we are looking for an experienced nurse or a candidate with some experience who we can provide additional training for. The hours are between approximately hours per week (preferably Tuesday and Friday) - Flexibility may be required depending on need of the practice.
We are a friendly practice with a team comprising of 4 GP Partners, 4 GPs and a Practice Nursing team including a Lead Nurse Manager, 2 Practice Nurses and 4 x HCAs.
Staff training is actively encouraged along with further career development, and you will also benefit from a multidisciplinary team which includes Social Prescriber, Clinical Pharmacist, Physicians Associate, GP Registrars etc. The practice also benefits from a supportive Patient Services and Admin teams.

Preferably candidates will have experience working in Primary Care and will be trained in providing the following services
1. Diabetes Training
2. Childhood Vaccinations
3. Cervical Cytology
4. Wound Care
5. Coagulation monitoring
