Job Description
1. Contributing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the organisation's overall business strategy
2. Responsible for employee relations such as grievances, disciplinaries, redundancies, etc.
3. Identifying gaps in line management capabilities and coaching, mentoring, and training line management to improve skillset
4. Developing career pathways and career frameworks for future progression of employees
5. Line management responsibility for a HR Assistant including coaching and developing
6. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of people
7. Nurture a positive working environment to continue being a great place of work
8. Oversee and manage performance appraisal system, pay reviews, and salary benchmarking
9. Ensure legal compliance and confidentiality throughout all stages
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
1. Proven working experience in a similar HR role business partnering multiple functions and delivering HR initiatives
2. Experience in training, leading, and developing direct reports
3. Experience in developing career pathways/frameworks
4. Experience in working in a small to medium sized business
5. People-oriented and results-driven
6. Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
7. In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
