You will be required to be in our Barbican head office once per week along with other national travel.

As Head of Corporate you will contribute to our purpose to build a healthier nation by developing and implementing a sales and retention strategy for our corporate clients that includes a segmented approach to the market opportunity and a sales operating model to maximise our coverage and profitability.
Reporting into our Commercial Director, you will lead and develop the professional account management and business development capability of the corporate sales team ensuring that we are positioned as the market leader for health and wellbeing solutions in the corporate/B2B sector.
Key responsibilities of our Head of Corporate:
* Develop and deliver a sales strategy for the B2B sector to achieve sustainable profitable growth through a segmented approach
* Collaborate and influence the marketing team to ensure a robust marketing plan to maximise the delivery against the market opportunity.
* Develop, implement and maintain best in class sales processes and methodologies to improve effectiveness and sales productivity
* Lead the team to ensure robust pipeline management to protect, develop and grow revenue to achieve annual revenue budget for assigned portfolio
* Develop relationships with key internal stakeholders to provide the conditions for revenue growth in the sector
* Lead the team and set clear direction on the strategy for competitive tenders or negotiations to ensure business is won for Nuffield Health with the right balance of profitability and growth
* Deliver market leading Corporate Client Relationship and Development excellence, underpinned by strategic account plans for all key corporate clients, to protect and drive business growth.
* Develop a segmented strategy to deliver new cross sell business and identify new opportunities that meet sales targets and deliver sustainable profitable revenues.
To be successful in this Head of Corporate role, you will have:
* Proven ability in strong client account management
* Sales leadership experience (hunting and farming) with proven skills in leading and developing B2B sales teams
* Proven skills in professional solution selling at a leadership level
* Demonstrable skill in achieving and exceeding revenue targets
* Proven skills in delivering high quality work within constrained timescales
* Strong analytical and conceptual reasoning skills, able to communicate well in both verbally and in writing
* Strong, credible impact, with sophisticated negotiation and conflict resolution style; able to take people with them
