The purpose of this role is to assist the Sales and Integration departments with the administration of their departments and the preparation of equipment for sale and/or installation. The role will provide invaluable support to ensure that the operation delivers exceptional service to its customers, ensuring output meets the requirements of the business. In addition, the role will be required to assist, or cover for, other roles within the operation for which full training / support will be given

Your day will look like this:
1. Responsible for incoming calls and ensuring calls, messages and documents are allocated correctly to the appropriate individuals.
2. Assist with equipment sales from start to finish, handling enquiries, preparing quotations, chasing leads, ensuring efficient fulfilment of orders and assisting with after sales support
3. General assistance to Senior Sales Executives in administration roles as and when required for Sales admin tasks.
4. To be responsible for stock take procedures within the Manchester Office.
5. Be responsible for Spare Parts and small orders from initial enquiry to despatch.
6. Assist with stock management using our asset-tracking software
7. Supporting training events hosted at Solotech UK Group
8. Processing purchase orders; entry, placement and progress to delivery
9. Ensuring all visitors to the company are greeted appropriately and are offered / served refreshments. Responsible for informing appropriate staff members of the visitor’s arrival
10. To be responsible for our eBay store, ensuring that our customers give 100% reviews and no bad feedback and equipment sales are refreshed on a monthly basis.
11. Any other reasonable ad-hoc requests as required by management.
Essential skills / experience:
12. Self-motivated, with initiative and the ability to work unsupervised
13. Excellent communication skills
14. Willingness and ability to learn quickly
15. Flexible and adaptable with the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
16. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
17. Proven track record or experience in business administration
18. Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
19. Able to interact with people of all professional levels

22. Educated to GCSE level, with A-C or 4-9 in English and Maths (or equivalent)
