This is a newly created role which will play a lead role in the delivery of outcomes testing and will offer opportunities to work closely with heads of business functions to embed outcomes testing and drive improvements.
How you'll make a difference
You will lead, deliver and report on Customer Outcomes Testing across the Society's core product journeys (Mortgages, Savings and Insurance) in order to evaluate customer outcome delivery and identify opportunities for improvement. You'll also coach and support a team of Customer Assurance Specialists. You'll work closely with heads of business functions and second and third line risk teams to embed outcomes testing and drive improvements.
What will you bring to the role?
* Understanding of FCA Code of Conduct Rules, Principles for Business, Consumer Duty Regulation and Vulnerable Customer Guidance
* Ability to influence senior stakeholders at head of business function level
* Experience of customer outcomes testing of FCA regulated activities (e.g. Mortgage Advice, Underwriting, Savings and Insurance)
* Experience of analysing test findings/data, identifying trends and root causes to support outcomes understanding and insight
* Experience in leading a high-performing team including resource planning and work allocation
* Excellent communication, listening, and writing skills including being able to provide coaching and feedback
* CeMap qualification (desirable) or willingness to study towards
