Job Description: Junior Tender Executive Salford Quays - Hybrid (up to 3 days WFH per week) Permanent Full Time (37.5 hours per week) £23,500 - £27,000 We consider all types of flexibility, including locations, hours and working patterns. We make health happen This role plays an important part in helping to retain and grow our B2B customers by overseeing and managing Supplier Due Diligence Questionnaires. The Junior Tender Executive will work closely with the Tender Manager, Junior Tender Executives, and the Account Managers to help co-ordinate key stakeholders from around the business to ensure we understand and respond to client requirements within the agreed timeframe. How you’ll help us make health happen: Lead on the completion of supplier due diligence questionnaires to support new business and renewal opportunities. Assess, triage, and respond to requests into the team’s central mailbox, allocating resource and tracking workloads. Assist with responses to PQQs and Tenders. Coordinate requests with multiple stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships. Proof, edit and format a range of sales and customer documentation. Ensure our response is aligned to client requirements and effectively demonstrates the Bupa value proposition. Assist in the successful delivery of strategic bids when required. Support the maintenance of the tender content library and internal resource hubs, including developing new assets and templates. Work with the Tender Manager to build experience of developing high quality, effective tender content, proposals and presentations. Ensure that Tenders maintain the correct tone, remain consistent with the company brand guidelines and adhere to segregation of duties, conflicts of interest and financial crime policies and procedures. Represent the company and values of the business and effectively represent marketing to all internal customers, clients, prospects and stakeholders. Actively support our focus to improve customer outcomes, eliminate waste and increase efficiency and productivity. Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role: Excellent attention to detail and proof reading skills. An enthusiastic team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Well organised and ability to work to deadlines. Ability to assimilate and condense complex information quickly, recognising the important issues. Collaborative and proactive to actively coordinate and support the new business process. Comfortable with engaging with senior stakeholders. Good interpersonal skills, personal gravitas and ability to develop business credibility. Solid presentation skills with professionalism in all written and verbal communication.
