Job summary The Resuscitation Service are looking for individuals with resuscitation experience to join the team at UHB, as a Senior Resuscitation Officer who is a recognised clinical specialist within the field of resuscitation. That you possess leadership skills to support the Lead RO to drive the resuscitation service forward. Main duties of the job The post holder will support the Lead Resuscitation Officer with: The daily management of the resuscitation service and delivery of evidence-based resuscitation programmes of education. The strategic direction of the resuscitation service. The development and support of the resuscitation service staff. Operational, safety & governance surrounding Resuscitation within the Trust. Clinical audit, research and clinical quality monitoring surrounding Resuscitation. To ensure the highest clinical standards are delivered.
