Description
As our Senior Influencer & Partnerships Executive, you will join our ever-growing marketing department and be the point of contact for all talent-related bookings/enquiries for the rest of the team.
Being our Senior Influencer & Partnerships Executive, has a range of differing responsibilities including managing the influencer booking process from enquiring about availability to being their point of contact on set during shoot/event days. You will also be responsible for sourcing new/upcoming talent for the Footasylum channels and managing the relationships between our existing retainer talent and their management team. Relationship management will play a key part in your role as it is essential to the success of our talent performance.
* Deliver the influencer strategy in terms of choosing which talent to represent the Footasylum brand both short and long term and assisting with the creative direction of the various channels, primarily YouTube.
* Be the main point of contact for all influencers/influencer management teams for all things Footasylum-related, ensuring all deliverables and obligations are met and talent represent the brand to the required expectations.
* Build on our existing and source new relationships with brands that could sponsor/partner with us for various campaigns across socials with a view to bring in paid sponsorship deals.
* Be our chosen production teams point of contact for planning the yearly content calendar, assisting with creative direction, shoot concepts and talent options.
* Have an excellent knowledge of current trends across social channels in order to assist the Social Media team with maximising content that is captured on shoot days.
* Have finger on the pulse in terms of upcoming talent that fit the Footasylum brand and culture, in order to be able to call new talent up to the channel and have an eye on potential long-term retainer talent.
* Support the management of deals both on talent side and brand partnership side to get the best deal for Footasylum
The Team
The entertainment marketing team functions as a part of the larger Marketing department and we work extremely closely with Creative, Ecommerce and the Studio team to bring creators and influencers to the table.
Reporting into the Social Media Manager you will have weekly meetings to discuss ongoing workload and goal setting. You will also have the opportunity for quarterly meetings to discuss longer term strategy and goal setting.
