An Associate Family Solicitor is required to join a reputable, award-winning Top 200 UK Law Firm based in Cambridge on a full-time permanent basis.

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000

Key Responsibilities of the Associate Family Solicitor:
* Manage a diverse caseload of client matters under appropriate supervision, ensuring work is handled efficiently and effectively
* Deliver high-quality, proactive legal advice tailored to meet client needs and expectations
* Achieve individual fee targets and support team members in meeting theirs
* Efficiently manage time to support the firm's financial systems, including accurate time recording, lock-up, cash flow, profitability, and timely billing
* Cost-effectively provide legal services for both clients and the firm, leveraging technology to optimise performance
* Enhance the firm's standing in the community by developing a strong professional reputation and actively participating in professional and community activities
* Contribute to the firm's marketing efforts through participation in networking events, seminars, and the creation of marketing materials
Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Associate Family Solicitor:
* You will have 5+ years PQE in family law or equivalent
* You will be ambitious and driven
* You will have experience supporting senior lawyers with their caseloads while actively building and managing your own client base
