Ecoflam UK Ltd- Senior Sales Manager, UK & Ireland
Reports to- OEM & UK Subsidiary Director
Based- Ecoflam Office, Worcester (With requirement to travel)
Job description
The Senior Sales Manager is expected to promote Ecoflam UK’s full range of products by effectively networking to enhance brand awareness and support an increase in sales revenue.
The core objective will be to reinforce the Sales department by increasing growth within specific areas and sectors of the industry, by maintaining existing business and building new relationships.
Job responsibilities
1. Key contact in relation to sales within Ecoflam UK, both internally and externally.
2. Grow and nurture existing stakeholders, as well as targeting new sales opportunities, to successfully increase Ecoflam and Elco UK’s market presence and brand reputation.
3. Develop, plan and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives in growing profitability and market share.
4. Manage product portfolio, identifying and meeting market needs and legislation requirements.
5. Monitor business performance of sales, service and after-market activities.
6. Proficient in the use of systems and software to collate, analyse and present data with confidence, discussing the details to all stakeholders where required.
7. CRM management and review in relation to Sales information.
8. Visit customers and stakeholders by attending events, trade association meetings and exhibitions.
9. Product knowledge within the industry, with clear understanding of USPs and technical information in respect of burners, heat pumps and water heaters across commercial and domestic.
10. Understanding of industry legislation and ethical best practices.
11. Any other reasonable tasks as assigned within the sales area of responsibility.
Requirements
12. Excel, Word, PowerPoint to intermediate/advanced level management
13. Experience in combustion sector (heating and process)
14. Familiarity with B2B and B2C markets
