The ideal candidate will exceed in this position if they are able to successfully aid recruiting efforts and fulfilling the clients needs by matching clients with candidates. The Candidate will also need to have strong 360 recruitment experience.

Actively source and qualify candidates
Manage the client's needs and expectations
Maintaining strong relationships in the market
Working to improve recruitment efficiency
A full 360 role with BD required
Requirements
Experience in recruitment (temp sector preferable)
Strong phone and selling skills
Ability to work independently
