Senior Chef de
Partie – George
We are looking for an experienced and
creative Senior Chef de Partie
to join the team at George, an exclusive private members club.
Established in 2001, George reopens its doors this spring. The
newly extended contemporary private members’ Club on Mount Street holds the
largest outdoor, heated terrace in Mayfair. Its interiors include artworks by
David Hockney and the Club launches with a menu influenced by Mediterranean
flavours alongside George classics.
This Club exudes style, comfort and effortless elegance for our
Members from dawn till dusk and also welcomes your canine companions.
As Senior Chef de Partie you will assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef to achieve the highest standards of
food production and customer satisfaction, contribute to the achievement of Gross Profit
targets, maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment, work effectively with other
colleagues, kitchen and other departments, and provide effective internal service.
We are ideally looking for candidates
who:

Have previous experience as a Senior
Chef de Partie in a high quality and busy destination restaurant
·
Have a passion for food and working
with seasonal high quality ingredients
·
Are excellent team players with a
positive and enthusiastic attitude
·
Are motivated and looking to develop
their career as a Chef
