THE ROLE
Following a recent restructure, we are currently recruiting for a range of production roles. The successful candidates will contribute to the continuing success of the Feed Mill by producing the highest quality product whilst maximising plant performance and working as part of an effective team. Working to customer demands within a small team, running production systems, checking quality data and inputting data and working to customer requirements to a high standard will be some of the varied duties. The flow of work is continuous and demands speed, flexibility, accuracy and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS DESIRED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL AS FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED

The successful candidates will be effective team players with the ability to communicate within all site areas. They will hold a sense of urgency and drive to improve plant performance, reduce downtime and keep a clean, well organised work area.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Candidates will have an enthusiastic and motivated approach to learning on the job skills whilst being expected to work with minimal supervision in a multi-disciplinary environment. They will be flexible in their approach to their work, as is required in a busy production environment.

SALARY
£29,000.00 - £33,000.00
Plus £3,400.00 shift allowance
SHIFT TIMES
Day shift
Monday – Friday 7am – 3pm
Backshift
Monday – Friday 3pm – 11pm
Night Shift
Monday to Friday 11pm – 7am
