We are seeking a proactive and experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Journeys and Digital Marketing Business Partner to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Dynamics 365 CRM and Customer Journey programs. You will take ownership of all digital marketing content, including managing campaigns, reporting on performance, and generating original content for various platforms, including LinkedIn, WordPress, and social media channels. Additionally, you will oversee NPS surveys, SEO strategies, and ensure the optimisation of digital channels and websites to drive customer engagement and company growth. Responsibilities include: Dynamics 365 & Customer Journeys Management Content Creation & Campaign Management NPS Surveys WordPress Website Management & SEO Social Media & Digital Marketing Management Digital Marketing Reporting & Analytics Collaboration and Stakeholder Management Power Automate: Workflow Automation Skills, Application integration, Managing approvals, Data automation and syncing, Digital process automation, CRM & Marketing integration, Monitoring and reporting, AI integration, Troubleshooting and maintenance Experience / Qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, computer science or a related field. Proven experience in managing Dynamics 365 CRM, customer journey platforms, and digital marketing. Strong experience in content creation, campaign management, SEO, and social media management. Proficient in using WordPress CMS for content management and optimisation. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable insights. Experience with NPS survey management, analysis, and reporting. Familiarity with paid search (PPC) and display advertising is a plus. Proficient in digital analytics tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media dashboards. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge and extensive use cases of the power automate tool Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software and network problems. Extensive experience of business systems including CRM and sales and marketing tools. Experience with various operating systems and databases. Experience in project management. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate, particularly in automating marketing workflows and CRM integration within Dynamics 365.
