Position:Housing and Facilities OfficerReference:14511Location:Arden GroveSalary:12.97Hours:14Job description:Job Title - Housing and Facilities OfficerLocation - Arden Grove, Tile Hill, CoventryHourly rate - 12.97 £9445 per annum / pro rata 14 hoursContract type - PermanentWorking hours -.9.00 - 4.30(Please note we DO NOT offer sponsorship)About the role:To provide an efficient, high quality, customer focussed service for residents and colleaguesTo manage rent accounts both current & former, including service charges and other income recovery servicesTo ensure that rent, service and other charges are set and reviewed in line with legal requirements and regulatory standardsManaging voids and allocations, maintaining up to date housing waiting listsTo work in conjunction with the Locality Teams and Direct Services teams to ensure a seamless service to residents and one that promotes effective business operationsProviding contact, advice and guidance to customersManagement of ASB Issues under the direction of the Business Support ManagerThe promotion and marketing of our servicesAttend customer meetings when appropriate and necessaryComply with all relevant health and safety guidance and legislative requirements of their role and, as applicable, to the service delivery for which they are responsibleStaff line management responsibilities, including recruitment and selectionAssist the business support manager in the preparation of Reports / KPI`s that fall under the remit of the Business Support Services.Repairs managementAbout the Service:As a Housing and Facility Officer, you will undertake all housing and high level business management functions, including the provision of a customer focused service and the efficient management of the housing provisions at Arden Grove in Tile Hill Extra Care scheme for adults over 55 with varying health needs.Our purposeWe are proud to be able to support tens of thousands of people across England by providing affordable housing and care to help people live independently.Our focus is on building better lives.
