Day-to-Day Responsibilities
1. Management and Reconciliation of data processed on behalf of the customer
2. Administration relating to the Outsourced Services such as Reference Data
3. Support of systems managed on behalf of the customer that relate to the customers business
4. Administration of user accounts access for customer systems
5. Assist in the development of the Service ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
6. Compile and maintain Service documentation including audit and compliance.
7. Evaluating and documenting areas for improvement within the current Service procedures, audit trails and controls.
8. Provide a support service to all users of the services and ensure policy requirements especially in the area of privacy and confidentiality are met.

2. You have excellent understanding of Excel and Word

7. You have attention to detail
8. You have a good understanding of Service Level Agreements and associated contracts.
9. You are studying for or have gained a book-keeping/AAT qualification
