Your new role
As an HR Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, learning and development, and Employee Relations. This role ensures seamless HR functions, optimising processes, enhancing employee experience, and aligning HR operations with the organisational objectives. The role collaborates cross-functionally to drive operational excellence and foster a positive, productive workplace culture. This role will oversee the management of x2 HR Administrators, providing guidance and support, and contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
What you will need to succeed
1. CIPD Level 5 (or working towards/willingness to work towards)
2. Significant level of progressive HR experience, with a focus on HR operations and Generalist HR
3. Excellent organisational and prioritising skills
4. Proven experience in leading and scaling HR processes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
