Our client, a busy franchised car dealership in Maidstone, has the requirement for an experienced Service Reception Manager (Senior Service Advisor) to join their successful Aftersales team.
Service Reception Manager (Senior Service Advisor) Responsibilities
As a Service Reception Manager (Senior Service Advisor), your responsibilities will include:
1. Assist the Aftersales Manager with the running of the Service Department
2. Allocate customers to the Service Advisors on a daily basis to ensure the customer experience is of the highest quality
3. Ensure all customer queries are dealt with in a polite, professional and timely manner
4. Allocate Collection & Deliveries to the drivers
5. Work alongside the Head of Aftersales to deliver the departmental budgets
6. Delivering the highest level of customer service at all times
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
* 2 years Service Reception Manager, Service Team Leader or Senior Service Advisor Experience with a Franchised Dealership
* Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable Requirements:
* Kerridge, Drive or Pinnacle Experience

On Target Earnings up to £39,000
