They will deliver against an agreed national change programme. An initial priority will be ensuring integration between PS and CRC. In Wales these will include integration with Probation / Prisons and therefore solid line into HMPPS Wales. Summary The Project Officer role is responsible for assisting the System Change team in helping Deputy Directors to improve the planning and delivery of change programmes, with particular emphasis on continuous improvement and the increased effectiveness of operational processes between the PS and CRCs.
