As an HLTA, you will take on a key role in assisting the classroom teacher, delivering tailored lessons, and supporting students both individually and in small groups. Main Duties: Collaborate with the teacher to plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons. Lead small group activities and provide targeted 1:1 support for students. Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to the teacher. Foster an inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive. Adapt support to meet the diverse needs of students across different abilities. Support the development of school-wide educational initiatives. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: HLTA qualification or equivalent experience working in a teaching support role. Strong understanding of the curriculum and teaching methods. Experience in supporting children in a classroom environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team. A passionate and flexible approach to supporting student learning.
