Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Manager to lead and execute comprehensive SEO strategies across a portfolio of clients. You’ll be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, passionate about optimizing online performance and delivering measurable results. As a key player in the agency, you will mentor a team of SEO specialists and collaborate with other departments to ensure an integrated approach to digital marketing. Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Create and implement tailored SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic for a variety of clients. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor SEO campaigns, ensuring they align with client objectives and deliver ROI. Technical SEO: Conduct website audits, identify technical issues, and collaborate with developers to implement fixes. Keyword Research: Perform in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities and target valuable search terms. Content Optimization: Work with the content team to create and optimize engaging, search-friendly content. Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on key performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs. Client Liaison: Build strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates, reports, and insights. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure strategies remain effective. Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience in an SEO-focused role, ideally within an agency environment. Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies. Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar. Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience managing and mentoring team members is a plus.
