Package: Salary: £38,000 – £45,000 p/annum Hybrid Working - 2 days per week from home Pension Contributions Office Details: Hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Hybrid Working: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote Duties: Collaborate on the technical delivery of luxury hospitality projects, focusing on space planning, technical documentation, and detailing. Produce detailed AutoCAD drawings and ensure designs adhere to studio standards and client expectations. Develop 3D models and layouts using SketchUp to visualize and refine space planning concepts. Work closely with the senior design team to create comprehensive technical packages. Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is realized during installation and construction phases. Liaise with suppliers and contractors to source technical materials and provide solutions for project challenges.
