Role: Receptionist Salary: £24,000 - £25,500 Contract: Permanent, Full time Location: Stoke-on-trent Main Duties for a Receptionist: Welcoming visitors and assisting them Supporting new starters throughout their first week and inductions Assisting with document management including archiving, document retrieval and file closures Ensuring business-wide services are carried out, such as organising the collection of confidential waste Preparing office seating plans and meeting rooms Other ad hoc and administrative tasks as required Experience required for Receptionist: Passionate about delivering high levels of customer service Experience working for a high-end retail and / or hospitality brand is preferred Must be well presented and confident communicating face-to-face, by phone and via email Must be computer literate with an understanding of Microsoft Office Previous experience within an administrative and / or receptionist role is highly desirable but not essential Please contact Lauren for further information on 07300 794 387.
