TEMPORARY TEACHER - From September 2025

The Governors would like to invite applications for the above post from suitably qualified teachers, please note that this position is not suitable for an NQT. No Agencies please.
The post will be effective from September 2025 for up to one year, this may be made permanent. We are looking to appoint an excellent teacher who is enthusiastic and highly motivated.
The successful candidate will need to be:
1. An experienced excellent class teacher who sets high expectations of themselves and their children.
2. Self-motivated, enthusiastic, hardworking and positive.
3. A successful team member who can demonstrate excellent organisational skills.
4. Understands and uses ‘Quality First Teaching’.
5. Committed to securing good outcomes for pupils with SEND across the curriculum.
6. Has excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
7. Will oversee the work of Teaching Assistants leading interventions with children.
8. Determined, resilient and willing to immerse themselves in life at Well Green.
9. Flexible, has a good sense of humour and can work well with the whole team.
10. Has a proven track record of excellent standards in their teaching and pupils’ learning.
