£17,500 - £19,000 per annum (21 hours a week; hours can be flexible either 3 days a week or 4 hours a day).
We are currently seeking a Part Time Admin and Accounts Assistant to join our client’s dynamic team in Braintree on a permanent basis.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Transferring information onto Excel from clients.
* Writing purchase orders.
* Maintaining accurate financial records using Xero.
* Processing sales and purchase invoices.
* Using Xero software.
* Printing and filing invoices.
* Answering email enquiries and taking phone calls.
Your Background & Skills:
* You must possess excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Experience working in a Finance Department.
* Attention to detail and strong data analysis abilities are essential.
* Previous experience in an administrative and financial role is essential.
* A can-do attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are crucial.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Previous experience working with clients and customers, delivering a quality service at all times.
* AAT Qualified or studying towards qualifications.
