ROLE OVERVIEW
A leading company is seeking a Quality Manager to join their team in the South West. As the Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving a quality-first mentality and continuous improvement across the organisation whilst developing a small team of quality experts. You will need to have quality experience within a UKAS accredited lab and have knowledge of 17025 standards
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Quality Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Develop and implement the group quality strategy, ensuring governance and compliance are in place.
2. Embed a culture of "Audit ready, always" across all aspects of the business.
3. Establish, maintain, and develop quality management systems, integrating business and equipment management systems.
4. Act as a quality champion, supporting the mentoring, training, and development of staff to ensure awareness and understanding of quality standards.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Quality Manager we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in a related field.
2. Proven industry experience in quality management.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with ISO9001 and UKAS 17025 standards.
