About Us The Early Years Sufficiency and Access Team works with early years and childcare providers to deliver sufficient, sustainable childcare for families across Oxfordshire. About the Role This is an exciting time to be joining the Early Years Sufficiency and Access Team.This role will play an integral part in the team’s delivery of the expanded early years and childcare entitlements that will be fully implemented from September 2025.The post will require someone who isconfidentin delivering business advice andchallengeto new and existing early years and childcare providers. About you The successful applicant will be well organised, a good communicator and able tounderstandand articulate the essentials for running a sustainable early years/childcare provision. Candidates must possess a solid grasp of both voluntary and business structures. They should be knowledgeable about employer responsibilities and able to direct providers to appropriate sources of expert advice. Applicants must possess the skills need to audit grant funded projects and beconfidentwhen asking for evidence tosupportthe delivery of developments.
