This role involves managing a variety of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects in demanding settings, including UK airports, commercial spaces, restaurants, and more. This position is ideal for an experienced professional ready to oversee end-to-end project delivery while fostering strong client relationships and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities Include: Project Coordination: Lead and manage MEP projects from start to finish. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Address project changes and contribute to design and financial planning. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the key contact for clients throughout project lifecycles. Ensure client satisfaction through consistent and transparent communication. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Uphold stringent Health & Safety standards across all projects. Conduct site visits to ensure quality and compliance with specifications. Team Leadership: Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to meet project goals. Guide on-site teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. Travel and Site Engagement: Travel to various project locations across the UK, focusing on airport environments. What We Are Looking For: Proven expertise in managing Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing projects. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CAD tools is advantageous but not required. Relevant qualifications (e.g., SMSTS) are highly valued.
