You’ll be a key player in keeping our facilities safe, compliant, and in top condition for our community members to enjoy. What you’ll do Oversee and coordinate maintenance, repair, and service tasks, including hands-on support and management of subcontractors. Execute regular maintenance cycles, capturing detailed records in our asset management system. Maintain top-notch compliance and operational standards for all building service systems and associated equipment. Support various internal teams with technical expertise on requests, inspections, and operational requirements. Supervise a technical assistant, guiding daily tasks and fostering growth in a collaborative environment. What you’ll bring Strong understanding of health, safety, and welfare procedures. Extensive knowledge of electro-mechanical systems and regulations. Excellent practical skills combined with computer competency to leverage asset management tools.
