Job Description: Grounds Maintenance Operative
Location: Stratford-upon-Avon, UK
Contract type: Permanent, Full time.
Working hours: March to November 7:30 am to 5 pm; November to March: 7:30 am to 1:30 pm
Salary: From £11.44 to £11.60, DOE
About the role: Grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance, spraying, and more - join us as a Grounds Maintenance Operative and you'll be doing them all. As part of our team in Stratford-upon-Avon, you will keep the grounds in wonderful condition. It's a great opportunity to develop your skills, gain valuable experience, and grow with us in a friendly and encouraging environment.
Requirements:
1. Can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset
2. Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
3. Willingness to learn and work well in a team
4. A full valid UK driving licence
5. Pass a DBS check
6. PA1 and PA6 licences and previous experience working in a similar role are an advantage, but not essential
