Job Description
A University based in London is recruiting a HR Team Leader on a fixed term contract. The post-holder will support the delivery of high quality, customer-focused administrative support services across the University’s Schools and Professional Services Directorates.
Job responsibilities:
* Manage a team of administrators in the delivery of a high-quality HR administration service
* Coordinate all aspects of the day-to-day implementation of the full range of HR administrative support processes
* Be the primary point of escalation for the team on complex queries
* Ensure service standards are maintained and agreed processes, policy and legislation are followed by the team in a timely and accurate manner
* Provide regular reports and analyse output
* Ensure all Employee records are administered in line with UKVI requirements
* Maintain the HR filing systems
Candidate profile:
* Holds a CIPD qualification (or equivalent)
* Demonstrable experience of team supervision, leadership and management
* Demonstrable and current knowledge of relevant employment legislation, including UKVI, DBS and data security, and the proven ability to apply this in practice
* Demonstrable experience of a full range of HR / Payroll processes covering the complete employee life-cycle
Annual salar y: £42,630 - £49,250
Contract type: Fixed Term for 9 months
Working hou rs: Full-time
Locati on: London (hybrid working – 3 days on site, 2 days working from home)
