Platform Property Care have a great opportunity for an experienced Multi Skill Trades Groundsworker to help us maintain and improve our customers’ homes in the areas around Malvern, Worcester, Ledbury, and Hereford.
As part of our talented team, you will have the experience and skills to lay slabbing and brickwork and install and repair fencing. If you have some experience of drainage too then you really should get in touch!
On top of this we need you to be friendly, approachable, and focused on getting it right first time for our customers. You will have a passion for detail and the ability to work on your own initiative.
We want somebody who has
• Experience in Social Housing/ domestic maintenance and repairs rather than commercial groundswork repairs
• Understanding of providing customer service and delivering responsive repairs
• Multi Trades skills
• Maintenance refurbishment experience
• Good all-round external groundswork and building skills
• Relevant Trades based qualifications
• Team skills but can work independently at times
• A full UK driving licence
• As you will be working in customer’s homes you will need a Basic DBS check.
This role is for a team that covers Malvern, Worcester, Ledbury and Hereford so you will need to live here or close by.
