Base pay range
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Accounts Receivable professional to add value within a growing and ever-evolving company.
This is not your typical Accounts Receivable/Credit Manager type position but it is a very challenging and exciting one- whereby, as well as overseeing the team, you will need to be proactive in seeking ways of improving the AR function as the company continues to grow and prosper.
Your role will focus on:
* Motivating, guiding and (where needed) recruiting within the wider AR team
* Overseeing Billing systems and processes, as well as the Credit Control/Collections too
* Analysing existing systems and spearheading improvements to the whole department where necessary
* Business Partnering with various business heads and acting as the AR "focal point" for the company, and generally "raising the profile" of AR
The ideal candidate will have:
* A strong understanding/experience in the all round "AR function", inclusive of Billing, Credit Control and improving systems/processes
* Excellent leadership ability with experience of leading a team of circa 10 individuals in the past
* Superb communication skills, with the required confidence to present to all levels
* A mindset of "continuous improvement" and will have examples of improving systems/processes
