The creator economy has exploded in the last year with over 200 million individuals now generating income from their online profile and a further 80 million set to join in 2025. Creators are now seen as the future of marketing and commerce and the market is forecast to be worth $500bn by 2027. KOMI is building the platform that will power the creator economy.
KOMI is the first platform providing creators the AI-powered ‘manager’ and all-in-one digital toolkit they need to supercharge their business. Our digital toolkit includes a sophisticated no code website builder, a CRM and email / newsletter tool, and a range of monetization products including affiliate commerce, digital products and selling time.
KOMI has rapidly established a reputation as one of the most premium and trusted platforms in the creator space. We currently support thousands of creators with over 5 billion followers. Example creators we support include The Rock, Amelia Dimoldenberg, Charles Leclerc, Reese Witherspoon, Bretman Rock, Usher and Madison Beer to name a few. Having established the best brand and product in the market, we now need to blitzscale in 2025.
ROLE
As Graphic Designer, you will be a key part of our in-house marketing and creative team. You'll be responsible for designing, managing and maintaining the consistent visual output for KOMI, and at times, collaborating with the globally renowned talent we serve. We’re looking for someone to implement, evolve and progress look and feel across a wide, eclectic range of visual touchpoints.
Deliver Versatile Creative Assets – Work across social & digital content, marketing materials, and activations, producing high-quality designs from concept to execution.
Drive Creative Ideation – Develop and present strong creative concepts, ensuring innovative and engaging design solutions that align with brand objectives.
Manage Design Assets & Workflow – Organise and maintain design files, master assets, and templates to streamline production and enhance team efficiency.
Maintain & Elevate Brand Identity – Ensure consistency across all touch points by upholding and evolving KOMI’s visual identity, including colour, typography, and design systems.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality, impactful design work in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone with strong creative vision and technical expertise, who can take ownership of projects from concept to execution while ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
You will have experience developing and presenting compelling creative concepts, managing design assets efficiently, and evolving brand identity to maintain a strong, cohesive visual presence. Your ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the business will be critical in ensuring that design supports and enhances KOMI’s broader strategic goals.

Ideal Candidate Requirements
* 2-6 years experience as a graphic designer, brand designer, or art director in a digital-first environment.
* A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, branding, and art direction.
* Understanding of creative trends in tech, advertising, fashion, art, and design.
* Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
* Prior experience in the creator economy or a digital-first brand.
* Bonus: Experience with animation for social and video content.
