Your Key Responsibilities: Provide care and guidance in line with Ofsted regulations, ensuring each child's safety, education, and personal development. Create a positive, supportive atmosphere where children feel valued and empowered. Collaborate closely with the Registered Manager to ensure smooth daily operations. What We're Looking For: Experience with Autism, ADHD, or non-verbal communication is a plus, but if you're enthusiastic and willing to learn, we can provide full training. Knowledge of Makaton or PECS is desirable, but not essential. A valid UK/EU manual driving licence is highly desirable but not essential. Flexibility to work a rolling rota with sleep-in shifts. An enhanced DBS and safer recruitment checks (we can help with this).
