What you can add: Lead the clinical management of a designated group of service users. Allocate work to junior colleagues, reviewing progress and agreed outcomes. Co-ordinate and monitor the delivery of person-centred healthcare to a designated group of service users, using complex clinical decision making where appropriate. Work as a member of the multi-disciplinary team in assessing and planning care and responding to changes in service users’ health. The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above. What youll need: qualification/experience: A minimum of 6 months paid experience as a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner working in the community for a UK hospital within the last 3 years. Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices. Ensure accurate records are kept in accordance with CHS policy and NMC guidelines. Undertake regular mandatory training Full UK driving licence and own vehicle. Depending on the Trust, you may require variable additional certification and skills.
