We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our Equine team as the Equine Centre Manager at Broomfield Hall.
The Opportunity:
In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the equestrian centre, ensuring the highest standards of care for our horses. You will lead and mentor a dedicated team of staff and students, promoting a positive and engaging learning environment while maintaining exemplary health and safety standards. Additionally, you will develop and organise an exciting competition plan throughout the year, collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders who utilise our facilities. About You:
You’ll have a minimum of two years’ experience running a large equestrian centre and a strong understanding of the equine industry. You’ll also possess strong leadership and communication skills and a level 4 professional subject qualification.
