We are looking for ambitious, committed professionals that have experience dealing with inbound and outbound calls to-and-from Limited Company clients. As someone who has current or has had previous experience either in a New Business Welcome Team, On-boarding or Client Support type-role, your job will be to discuss a range of Limited Company solutions that best suit the client and have the ability to discuss the technical aspect of our service. You will manage both new incoming referrals and existing open leads to sign-up new clients to contribute towards the overall team’s goal. You will have the support of a very experienced team including a Practice Manager, Team Leader, Head of Sales, Onboarding team and accountants. You will also have an excellent CRM system to log, track and manage your daily activity and sales pipeline. If you have worked in either a customer support or sales role within Limited Company Accountancy, we want to hear from you about what you think you can bring to the team and to the role.
