Reed Brighton is delighted to be partnering with a renowned confectionary giant who are seeking aBusiness Development Merchandiser for their Brighton and surrounding areas territory. This is a full-time, permanent, field-based role wherea company vehicle isprovided. Monday to Friday (no weekends).
Key Responsibilities:
* Territory Management:Call on grocery multiples within your territory, focusing on stock management, shelf management, promotional compliance, and relationship management.
* Promotional Activity:Ensure all promotional activities within accounts are correct, including POS.
* Target Achievement:Achieve added value targets, promotional, and planogram compliance as agreed by the national account team.
* Planogram Compliance:Ensure all stores comply with centrally agreed planograms.
* Journey Planning:Compile and work to journey plans according to appropriate call sequences.
* Field Sales Administration:Manage field sales administration tasks efficiently.
* In-Store Visibility:Deliver outstanding premium visibility in-store through relationship building and influencing in-store contacts/management.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a similar role
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Excellent organisational, numerical and administrative skills.
* A valid driver’s license.
