Responsibilities:
* Create and gather documentation from files
* Accurately enter, amend, and update data on relevant systems
* Respond to enquiries and assist with client queries
* Reconcile and allocate payments
* Create reports and process premiums
* Quality check documentation
Requirements:
* Ability to analyse key information with a high attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Ability to follow processes and problem-solve
* Willingness to learn and develop
* A basic understanding of insurance principles
