You will be shaping end-to-end delivery, operational quality, and business readiness for the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and deliver hybrid technology and business change solutions, ensuring projects are market-ready.
2. Work across all projects, from initial requirements gathering to business readiness and operational controls.
3. Collaborate with front-office colleagues to shape and define strategic requirements.
Key Requirements:
1. Core Business Analysis experience within Financial Services.
2. Knowledge of card schemes, gateway platforms, and/or payment systems.
3. Strong experience in payments, particularly in acquiring payments and chargebacks.
4. Strong stakeholder management skillset.
