Pay: £415 - £445 per week
Hours: Full-time (8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday)

We're looking for enthusiastic Psychology graduates to join a well-established specialist school in Birmingham, where you'll support students with a range of needs, including:
* Autism (ASC)
* Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH)
* Learning challenges
As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll help students reach their potential by providing both one-on-one and small group support. You'll be instrumental in creating a positive, inclusive learning environment where students feel safe and empowered.
* Supporting students on a one-to-one or small group basis, helping them with their learning
* Encouraging independence and building essential life skills
* Working with teachers and other professionals to provide personalised support
* Creating an inclusive and supportive environment where students thrive
We want to hear from you if you're:
* A recent Psychology graduate (or studying a similar degree, e.g., Social Work, Youth Studies, Criminology)
* Passionate about supporting young people with additional needs
* Patient, empathetic, and ready to make a difference
