Job Title
We are seeking a motivated Bioinformatics Research Assistant to contribute to the development of software infrastructure for cancer diagnostics at Barts Cancer Institute, Queen Mary University London.
About You
* Background in next-generation sequencing data analysis or closely related fields is required.
* A strong understanding of statistical methods for robust data analysis of biological/genomic data is necessary.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.
About the Role
You will work independently and collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment to support the analysis of liquid biopsy next-generation sequencing data.
Salary and Benefits
£37,500 per annum (dependent on experience), with access to a generous pension scheme, 30 days' leave per annum, season ticket loan scheme, and competitive salaries.
